Bon Chocolat is a small chocolatier specializing in handmade chocolate truffles, cookies and confections. Bon Chocolat is the creation of Master Chocolatier Teresa Whitaker. From an early age, Teresa enjoyed spending time baking cookies and chocolate desserts for family and friends. A holiday magazine spurred her interest in chocolate truffles and after repeatedly finding herself in the kitchen at 3:00 a.m. perfecting recipes, she decided she had found her passion and began pursuing a career in chocolate making.
We believe life is better with good chocolate. We start with fine European chocolate and add the creamiest of creams. We flavor our ganache with fresh fruits, fine liquors and quality spices. Because we do not add preservatives or artificial flavors, our bonbons and cookies have a short shelf life and we are constantly in the kitchen preparing fresh batches of delectable treats.
